Help for signing in


Instructions for players, who plays at a club using WiseGolf.

Members of club's that uses WiseGolf do not have to register to the app. You only have to sign in with the help of the instructions down below.

  • If you have trouble signing in, please contact the caddiemaster at your home club!


Signing in

  • Choose your home club before signing in.
  • Your username is usually your member number. If needed, try your email also, or add the abbreviation of your home club in front of the member number. (For example PGH2367)
  • If needed, ask for a new password. You will get the instructions in your email.


Take note!

  • The deatfult password should be changed at the homepage of your club in your own info.
  • If you don't have the credentials yet, your home club will make them for you.
  • If the renewed password does not work, your username might be wrong. (Try to use your email).
  • Remember to update your app to the latest version.

Instructions for players, who's home club does not use WiseGolf.

Registering​​​​​​​

  • First time using the app, register by klicking "register" after choosing your home club. If you are not a member at any club, or it's located abroad, choose Muu seura / ei seuraa (Muu).
  • While registering you choose your home club. (The list has all the clubs located in Finland). Please write your member numer correctly so that the eBirdie-connection will link up correctly. While registering, add your other basic info also.
  • If the registration fails: Check that your given info match with eBirdie.


Signing in

  • In the future when signing in you need to choose your home club, when sigining in. It will direct you to the system of guest players. You can choose the course you want to play at the main menu when signed in.
  • Your username is your email by default.


Take note!

  • If the renewed password does not work, your username might be wrong. (Try to use a different email).
  • Remember to update your app to the latest version.
